Founded by Mr. Tanmoy Banerjee, an ingenious engineer, RTNS was born in 2011 with the aim to provide clutter-cutting, innovative, and solution-based IT and IT-enabled services.
Fast forward to 2023. Today, RTNS is an ISO 9001:2015 and CMMi L3-certified company, headquartered in Kolkata. There are 5000+ employees and 300+ clients. The group’s commitment to anytime anywhere service and just-in-time delivery approach consistently enables value-added solutions and increased efficiency.
In the journey of the past 12 years, RTNS as a brand has come to represent Trust, Transparency and Service Excellence. We offer various types of IT-Enabled services across different domains like IT Network, Network Security, Telecom Installation and Monitoring, IT Support, Digital Marketing, Manpower Requirement, GIS Services, CCTV Installation and AI Surveillance and Proctoring.

As Founder and MD of RTNS, Mr. Tanmoy Banerjee, has created an organization that has acquired a coveted status alongside leading names in the sector thanks to his developmental and innovative strategies. As a qualified and trained electrical and electronics engineer, he joined the bustling corporate world of HCL in 1999 and rose through the ranks in a short time. Then, fairly young and at a time when others would have basked in the glory and safety of a big corporate house, he left his secure position at HCL to undertake an adventure much like a voyager on the vast, unexplored ocean. He founded RTNS in 2012.
